Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out take place at the reception of Bospark de Vossenberg. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest (11:00 AM on Sundays). Lazy Sunday check-out until 6:00 PM is available for an additional €50.
Booking confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Subject to changes.
Cancellation policy
• Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation with a full refund.
• Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• No-show or early departure: no refund will be provided.
If you wish to cancel, please notify us in writing (by email). The date on which we receive your cancellation will be considered the cancellation date.

All-inclusive price
The price includes everything: final cleaning, bed linen (including made-up beds), bath and kitchen linen, park fees, tourist tax, basic supplies (washing-up essentials, 2 toilet rolls, olive oil, salt and pepper) and Wi-Fi.
Stay
The minimum stay is 2 nights, and 3 nights during public holidays. For stays of 3 nights or more, you receive a 10% discount, which is automatically applied.
